Childbirth Education Classes for Growing Families

Reclaiming Your Sacred Birth is Uzazi Village's childbirth education program designed to help expectant parents feel informed, prepared, and empowered.

Our childbirth education classes provide evidence-based information, practical tools, and supportive guidance so families can make decisions with confidence throughout pregnancy, birth, and postpartum recovery.

Whether this is your first baby or your fifth, you'll gain valuable knowledge to help you prepare for the journey ahead.

Every Wednesday – 4-6 p.m.

Cost

$25 per module

Families may attend individual childbirth education classes based on their interests and stage of pregnancy.

Pregnant individuals, partners, support persons, and family members are all welcome to attend these classes. Having your support team be just as educated as the pregnant individual can help the birth and postpartum go more smoothly for everyone.

No. You may take individual modules separately, but we strongly encourage you to attend several Wednesday modules or take a full overview class to feel as prepared as possible.

You may attend Reclaiming Your Sacred Birth classes at any point during pregnancy, but it is especially helpful to take them during the third trimester so that the information is fresh in your mind when you go through birth and early postpartum.
