During Community Care Day, women of reproductive age are invited to receive essential health services provided by a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner and a Certified Community Midwife. Whether you’re seeking guidance, prevention, or support, we’re here to walk alongside you on your health journey. All services are donation-based on a sliding scale. No one is turned away for lack of funds. Appointments are by reservation only. To secure your spot, please call (816) 541-3718 to book your appointment.
